The management of SecureChart has spent the past twelve years in software development to create the electronic medical chart product SecureChart. This state-of-the-art electronic medical records (EMR) system allows physicians to manage patients' medical records in a low-cost, easy-to-use, "medical chart" format.
SecureChart is based upon an Application Service Provider (ASP) Hybrid model. This Hybrid ASP Model allows the patient records to be stored and maintained by a server located within the physician office but data is mirrored and stored at a Tier-One data center, which provides 99.999% reliability. In this environment, security and access of the medical record is maintained in a manner, which exceeds the new HIPAA regulations and allows for seamless software updates and enhancements.

SecureChart allows you to track all activity in the medical record. You can create users, define user rights, grant or deny user access to individual areas of the medical record, or even monitor all activity by all users. Security and access of the medical record is maintained in a manner, which exceeds the new HIPAA regulations and allows for seamless software updates and enhancements.
Will SecureChart interface with my current billing package?
Yes, SecureChart will integrate with most major practice management systems.
Can I access my records from outside of my office?
Yes, SecureChart provides secured off-site interactive access to your medical records from most Internet connections.
Will I need to continue to maintain my paper medical record?
It is not necessary to maintain two medical records -- one paper and one electronic. With SecureChart your current medical records are scanned in to the new electronic medical record.
What type of computers will I need?
SecureChart can be accessed from any computer that supports Internet Explorer 6 or greater and has access to Windows 98 or newer.
